Privacy PolicyBG AUTOMATION (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) supports authorized Facebook Page management and content publishing. This policy explains how we handle information used by the app and how you can contact us about your data.
1. Information we process
Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, we may process:
- Basic Facebook account information, such as your name and app-scoped user ID.
- Information about the Pages you authorize, including Page names, IDs, permissions, and access tokens needed to perform authorized actions.
- Content you provide for publication, such as text, images, and videos; relevant Page post information and engagement data available under your authorization.
- Technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the app, such as request times, operation results, and error messages.
We do not need or request your Facebook password. Granting permission limits access to the data and actions made available by Meta and your authorization.
2. How we use information
We use this information to connect the Pages you authorize, prepare and publish requested content, confirm operation results, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. We only perform Page actions within your authorization.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Meta and providers needed to deliver a requested workflow, such as hosting, automation, or content preparation services. If a requested workflow uses an AI service to prepare content, the content supplied for that task may be processed by that service. We limit such processing to the relevant task. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Posts you choose to publish on Facebook are subject to the Page’s visibility settings and Meta’s policies. Meta’s own handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for the authorized service, troubleshooting, or legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to credentials and personal information to those who need it for the service. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You may revoke the app’s access through your Facebook account’s app or business integration settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by BG AUTOMATION, email keyitsimple@gmail.com. For deletion, use the subject “BG AUTOMATION Data Deletion Request” and identify the relevant Facebook account or Page, with its ID or URL if available. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may request limited information to verify your authority over the account or Page. After verification, we will delete the relevant data under our control unless retention is legally required, and confirm the outcome by email. Content retained by Meta must be managed through Facebook.
6. This policy website
This page has no login, data collection form, or analytics scripts added by us. Cloudflare hosts the page and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure it. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
7. Updates and contact
